Yes! Accepting online payments is a very significant component of Studio Nine's business. A SSL (“Secure Sockets Layer”) certificate protects all online payments. Assuring that our clients' sensitive information, such as account numbers, addresses, and phone numbers, is kept secure and in compliance with the South African POPIA.

We require 1 to 2 working days to process an order once received and dependent on your location within South Africa a further 1 to 5 working days for delivery. Main cities should receive their orders in 1 to 3 days and regional areas in 3-5 days, outlying areas may take up to 5 working days. Deliveries may take longer during the busy festive season.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We are happy to sell products to customers living outside of South Africa, however we request that customers contact us directly here, as a separate processing arrangement will need to be considered and you will need to make your own shipping arrangement.

Studio Nine will conduct your refund using the same payment method that you used to place your order once it has been accepted. If you used PayFast to pay by EFT, you'll be asked to provide us with your preferred banking information.

Funds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account once your refund request has been completed, depending on your bank's processing times.

Use your existing email address and password to log in. Go to ‘My Account’ to get started or by going to the ‘Gift Card’ tab at the top of the home page. Click ‘Claim Voucher' after entering the code from your voucher. The value of the voucher will be put as credit on your Studio Nine account once you've properly entered the code. The credit will be applied instantly the next time you shop on the Studio Nine website. Gift vouchers purchased are good for three years from the date of purchase. Alternatively, you may redeem the Gift Voucher by entering it during the checkout process.
