Shipping Policy
Here are some useful information that will assist you with your shipping & delivery questions.
Domestic Shipping
Shipment processing time:
All orders are dispatch within one working day of receiving your payment confirmation.
Orders are processed from Monday – Friday during standard business hours.
Please note: that the couriers do not move parcels over weekends and public holidays.
We do not currently offer express or overnight shipping.
Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days for main cities and up to 3-5 working days for other regional areas.
Shipping rates:
Shipping charge for your order will be displayed during checkout.
We also offer FREE shipping for orders R500 and over.
Please note: FREE shipping and courier rates are subject to change at any time.
Change of Delivery Address:
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address any time before the order has been dispatched.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
Once payment has been confirmed and order processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, including a tracking number for your order to be tracked online. If delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us at info@shopstudionine.co.za, in order for us to file a claim.
Please save all original packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via courier, or incorrect shipping info.
